South facing = super power
south facing solar

This was an ideal site for solar panels, and with a directly south facing roof and no shading it was always going to be a PV powerhouse. In fact the 6kW of generation regularly makes between 10kWh and 20kWh a day, and more than 30kWh on sunny days, and that’s just in winter!  We can’t wait to see what this system is capable of in summer, maybe 50kWh?

The goal for this install was to generate their own energy and save money of course but, as we are too, they were also motivated by the environmental benefit of solar PV. Hoping to make a difference by minimising their impact on the planet they also chose to add 11.6kWh of battery storage, which will reduce their reliance on the grid to an absolute minimum, and make a real difference to the environment for years to come.

That’s why we do what we do!
